International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers.
The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets.
Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
About the role The Used, Leasing and Fleet Sr.
Manager Mexico will be responsible for achieving sales targets for GMF Mexico, including the development of strategies and execution.
This role has a very close interaction with the dealer network and GM Mexico.
The successful candidate will also be helping to align priorities with internal stakeholders when it comes to driving incremental sales.
What you need Bachelor's degree is required in related field.
Master's Degree or Post-graduate studies are a plus.
Cross-functional experience within sales, service, marketing & product development.
English proficiency (both verbal & written) will be evaluated during interviews.
8+ years of working experience within a Financing Company, Bank or in the autoindustry.
Proficient track record of driving commercial growth.
Ability to work within cross functional teams.
Team management skills with effective supervision and delegation.
What you will be doing Define clear strategies and commercial goals to reach objectives, including review of different incentives and market practices.
Establish and maintain a solid network with dealers and fleet companies.
specially owners and general managers, while ensuring adequate results on volume and penetration.
Traveling is required to visit dealers and fleet customers.
Provide leadership and support ensuring the right team is in place to execute a successful commercial plan and enhance Used Sales inplant program.
Formulate long term commercial strategies and value propositions for the business Maintain appropriate discipline on cost management, ensuring adherence to business plan and looking opportunities for cost efficiencies.
Internal coordination.
work with all the areas to help solve the different situations required by the dealers and provide market insights to support decision taking Implement improvements on the F&I program and University courses ensuring best in class practices.
Provide support on the growth of adjacent business, e.
., GAP MAX, Extended Guarantee, Onstar, Pre-paid Maintenance.
