Job Overview Responsible for driving focus on the growth opportunities in Saudi market for Endomech/Energy business in the new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.
In addition coordinate and lead sales and marketing activities across the country.
This job is eligible for sales commission Role Description Sales Achievement, Planning & Execution.
Managing daily advertising and sales promotion activities.
Recommending product modifications or improvements to product line.
Providing input for the development of products and anticipates a customer need/solution approach.
Developing sales processes and pricing models.
Coaching and mentoring subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.
Communicating and tracking short and long range sales and marketing plans.
Implementing marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales, and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit.
Researching new markets and applications for volume growth.
Acquires in-depth knowledge of the Joints portfolio comprising of specific products and procedures.
Drives demand generation/consumption in OR on a procedural portfolio.
Takes ownership of Joints business in Saudi market (Price Negotiation, Tender Management, Key contact for Adm.
Issues).
Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget.
Executes national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas.
Coordinates with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
Analyzes and develops sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management.
Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
Reviews customer orders and product sales and establishes improvement plan.
Customer Engagement.
Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
Routinely attends cases to identifies customer needs and recommends products to address them.
Follows up with customers, gives technical and professional support.
Makes preplanned sales presentations and demonstrates proper use of products to surgeons.
Communicates the value proposition of the products for specific procedures.
Contacts and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of Health care professionals.
Provides feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes.
Provides periodic updates to the business manager on the progress of the specialty initiatives and seeks support and intervention where required.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience Education.
Degree in Science / Medicine.
Degree in Business from a reputable institution would be an advantage.
Skill Sets and Competencies.
8+ years sales experience, successful track record of growth.
Experience working in multinational medical devices company is a must Managerial experience & leading a team is preferred Bariatric, Colorectal & GYN experience is preferred Clinical fluency in focus specialty Integrity Selling, Negotiation Skills, Tender Management Outward looking-Customer centric Business and results driven.
Influencing Ability, Teamwork and Collaboration Written and Verbal Communication, Intellectual Curiosity Fluent in English, Surgical/Ethicon experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge on application of digital and social media in healthcare Leadership Behaviors Required LIVE OUR CREDO.
