Scrum Master RD at BairesDev

We are looking for outstanding Scrum Masters to join BairesDevs Research Development Team RD.

Our RD team is essential to our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue annually, so we only hire the best of the best. Within the team youll find many challenges Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and web developments are some of the most relevant right now, but to drive innovation, youll notice that new things are coming up every day

What You Will Do

Assist the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
Coach teams in LeanAgile practices and mindsets.
Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution ArchitectsEngineering.
Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Improve the flow of value through value streams using Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.

Heres what we are looking for

4 years of experience in similar roles.
Use of agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Certifications chords desirable.
Advanced English level.
