General Summary / 職務概要 シニアマネージャーの指示のもと、Repack/Relabeling 業務(現在2 拠点)の運用/PLAN をコスト面含めて契約社員をリードしながら全般的にマネージする。 具体的には契約を含めた業務委託先との各種交渉、生産計画から包装加工作業・倉庫搬入に至るまでのOperation の構築・Performance 管理、会社の戦略・顧客ニーズに合わせた包装加工を実現するための資材開発・手配を行う。 また改善においてはOperation だけでなく、エンジニアやIT、グローバルサプライチェーンチームと協働しシステム・機械設備の要件洗い出しを行い、導入から運用まで全般をLead する。 機械設備に関してはテクサポチームと連携をとりながら予防保全を計画から実行までをサポートする。薬機法の順守及び品質の高いオペレーションを提供し、当該加工に関わる問い合わせおよび苦情に対し、常に迅速かつ適切に対応する任務も担う。また場合によってはLPG 業務(在庫管理・BO Management)のサポート業も行う。 Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 シュリンク/KIT/リパック加工業務 # 工程設計、工数設計ができ、システムRFP を作成 # マーケティング、QA/RA と協働しての資材開発 #10 予算策定とコスト管理（CAPEX/EXPENCE) # On-going 後の運用設計(主に生産スケジュールや調達スケジュールの枠組みの決定） #14 場合によってはGlobal へ工程の安全性、方法等についての説明 # 派遣社員の採用・管理 LPG 業務サポート ※状況に応じて #17 在庫管理やBO Management Qualifications Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件（スキル、知識、経験、資格） 大卒もしくはそれに準ずる学位を取得していること ５年以上のビジネス経験。 機械設備を利用した製造工程のプロセス構築から工程管理の実務経験 業務系システム開発の経験があればなお良い。もしくはそれに準ずる経験があること。 Ｅｘｃｅｌを利用したデータ分析・レポーティング能力、Access出来れば尚可 業務改善能力、顧客志向、戦略的思考、危機管理能力、コミュニケーション能力に長け、強いリーダーシップを発揮できること 英語コミュニケーション力を備えていること（英語でのプレゼンテーションができ、電話会議にて見解を適切に伝えられるレベル）
