Digital Team Intern Overview As an intern on the Digital Strategy, Analytics & Insights Team, you will have opportunities to interact with Strategy, Insights & Deployment, Value Stream Management, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Finance, and other J&J functions.
This position requires a person who is enthusiastic, quick to learn, tenacious, as well as professional and articulate.
Assignment will require the candidate to be based on-site in Jacksonville, FL.

Under supervision of an assigned manager on the Digital Strategy, Analytics & Insights Team, the candidate may perform the following activities.
Perform research, gather and interpret data, and create analytical models.
Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and models using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
Analyze data to develop actionable steps that will improve business processes and optimize performance.
Present and communicate insights and recommendations clearly and concisely in an executive-level summary to an extended team and stakeholders.
Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain and opportunities to improve business performance end-to-end.
Communicate and inform about status and results for assigned tasks and activities.
Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one’s job, and always maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
Qualifications Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree.
Candidates must be available to work Full-time (40 hours/week), on site during the internship.
Be available to travel to the office having suitable transportation means.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team.

Candidates must have the ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and facilitate the visualization of data in a way that clearly surfaces actionable business insights.
Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
