Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson means “You Belong”! Job Summary This position will be accountable Managing the entire product portfolio and is responsible for the entire order management cycle.
Supports Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at country level with key focus on the Step 2 of the Demand Review with Commercial, Finance.
The individual is responsible for Order to Invoice process in accordance with internal and external requirements, inventory management and upstream supply chain communication to ensure un-interrupted supply for the products he/she is responsible for.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have.
· Create and maintain business relationship with the customer, focusing on excellent and proactive communication, transparency and pro-active and tactical problem-solving.
· Cooperate with customer and manufacturing sites to ensure the product arrives at customer on time.
· Ensure that the inventory levels of customers are replenished on time based on the latest forecast figures.
· Work on forecast accuracy together with the stakeholders to realize an effective and efficient supply chain.
· Provides insight to the EMEA monthly IBP cycle regarding market assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
· Problem solving and consistent approach to process improvements together with the customer and within the team.
· Ensure accuracy of MD parameters and accuracy on transactional data (such as open SO/STO/PO, in transit stock and inventories status) · Manage downstream planning and conflicts on coverage, shelf life and artworks.
· Control of SLOB & excess goods and coordination of activities with stakeholders on SLOB reduction.
· Execute order management and processing.
· Mange Customer return process · Comply with Order to Invoice standards and procedures to ensure smooth order processing including Month End Closure tasks.
· Act as a backup for team members.

Represents SC and CS in a professional manner and understand the importance of quick response times but also knows how and what to prioritize, especially under time pressure.
