Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.
Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
As a part of the Global PMO team, the Resource Management Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and leading all aspects of resource management and tracking for the program.
They are responsible for the tactical execution of on/off-boarding, hand-offs to cross-functional teams for training and system access, and working closely with people leaders and vendors to establish and adhere to the resource management process.
The Lead is also responsible for the resource capacity analysis and recommendations against strategic roadmap for the program.
They will collaborate with global Finance to design the program budget template, complete monthly budget reconciliations for PMO, and ensure the program adheres to timelines for Finance global requests.
They will build insights and analytics in line with standard tools, processes, and methodologies and provide reports to leadership.
Key Responsibilities.
Ensure the right setup of the overall transformation by developing and implementing a robust resource management process and establish a rhythm that will help accelerate and manage the program resources successfully Define, document, and implement a centralized resource management process, including the evaluation of tools to ensure a proposed solution meets the program requirements Analyze resource capacity and support resource planning against the strategic roadmap Collaborate with Finance to create a budget template for use by budget holders across the program, support roll-out, and ensure Project Managers or People Leaders adhere to timely reporting Manage the PMO budget by resource level, track actuals, accruals, and expenses, and work closely with the financial controller to complete monthly financial close Define and implement program-level reports to enable accurate tracking of program rosters Qualifications Education.
Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required Experience and Skills.
Required.
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience Project Management experience, including a strong understanding and application of resource management processes and tools (e.
., resource capacity planning, on/off-boarding, budgets, etc.) Experience in implementing and/or utilizing a robust resource management tool to centralize global processes and data Strong knowledge of the financial budget process and experience reconciling costs, accruals, and forecasts with a financial controller Understanding of how business functions and budget holders are interconnected through resource management to create an end-to-end process Strong communication to create clear and concise reports for leadership, and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the organization Preferred.
Experience with Plainview, RMx, or equivalent resource management tool Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry Other.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
