Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.
Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
Working under close supervision with the Resource Management Lead, the Associate PMO Analyst is responsible for supporting the tactical execution of processes, planning, and traceability of resources throughout the lifecycle and into the budget tracking process.
They will build insights and analytics for program resources and headcount in line with standard tools, processes, and methodologies.
The Analyst will understand and apply J&J's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the program team, as well as apply project management skills, data analytics capabilities, and strong communication to support problem-solving and smooth program execution.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist in end-to-end resource lifecycle management, from resource allocations to onboarding, tracking, offboarding, and financial budgets that tie to the resource level Support resource management integration to program budget tracking and budget templates collaborating with the Cost Controller and Finance Lead Create program reports and dashboards to highlighting inconsistencies and risks and consolidate data to drive decisions within respective areas Provide transparency on compliance requirements and identify discrepancies that are unable to be solved Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PMO documentation, including templates, mid-level plans, roadmaps, training materials, and playbook elements related to resource management Assist in progress tracking, meeting and workshop coordination, minutes, actions, and decisions logs Qualifications Education.
Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent degree is required; Bachelor's/University degree is strongly preferred Experience and Skills.
Required.
Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience (including internships, or CoOps, or equivalent programs) Experience participating in or leading projects, analytics, and reporting Knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teams and cross-functionally, with flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment Preferred.
Proven track record to effectively draw conclusions and make decisions based on analytical findings Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry Applied knowledge of project tools like Smartsheet and/or JIRA Other.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
