TECHNOLOGY MANAGER - IAM PROJECT MANAGER

Johnson and Johnson is recruiting a Technology Manager - IAM Project Manager to support the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team in Identity & Access Management.
The role will be based in São José dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil.
This role will be responsible for planning, completing, and leading all aspects of Privileged Access Management projects which safeguard critical IT systems and sensitive data by enforcing the least privileged access controls to ensure only the right users have access to the right resources at the right time.
You will work closely with multi-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business partners.
You will be encouraged to lead and be accountable for delivering on the project objectives.

Key Responsibilities This role coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for PAM initiatives.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with partners and assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations to employees and vendors.
Build and maintain a project roadmap to supervise progress and milestones.
Identify potential risks and issues related to PAM projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to conduct audits and assessments.
Cultivate positive relationships with business units to understand their PAM needs and requirements.

Qualifications A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks for leading iterative and incremental projects.
Project management experience required (Project Planning, Resource Management, Risk Management, Change management and Quality assurance) Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in developing effective partnerships and relationships with all areas and levels of the organization.
Ability to empower and encourage a diverse, global staff.
Qualifications - Preferred Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Solid understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and standard processes.
Familiarity with IAM frameworks, such as NIST, ISO .
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Other Good interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English.
Up to 10% travel may be required.
