Responsibilities.
• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Lead project management transformation and continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing new tools and processes.
• Develop and translate strategy into workstream objectives and process frameworks.
• Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills and leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
Qualifications Required Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree required; • Advanced/Intermediate English Level is necessary; • Experience planning and leading projects and strategic initiatives; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Innovative mindset and process knowledge; • Lead by influence; • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience with data analysis; • Knowledge of tools and projects methodologies; • Strong project reporting skills and experience in a project coordination role; • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions; • Project management by innovative models implementation.
