Are you a seasoned communications professional with a passion for healthcare and a curiosity about strategic storytelling? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Manager, EMEA Communication & Public Affairs for the CSS group.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative, drive engagement, and elevate our brand across the EMEA region.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have.
Cross-EMEA Communications Leadership.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSS EMEA leadership team and collaborate closely with the Vice President of EMEA for CSS.
· Act as the key liaison between CSS and the broader EMEA MedTech communications team, fostering alignment and synergy.
· Champion EMEA perspectives and priorities within the CSS communications strategy and vice versa, ensuring a cohesive approach across markets.
Developing and Executing CSS Communications Plan for EMEA.
· Craft and implement a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the unique needs of the EMEA market while aligning with global objectives.
· Drive initiatives to support business growth, enhance brand reputation, foster a positive organizational culture, and make a meaningful impact on society.
· Navigate regulatory environments and market nuances to effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate our offerings.
Qualifications We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have.
Required.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic communications plans that drive measurable results.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and healthcare landscape in the EMEA region.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills preferred.
