SR. GLOBAL STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER - CERENOVUS

CERENOVUS, a division of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Global Strategic Senior Marketing Manager, located in Irvine, CA.
Every six seconds someone dies from a stroke.
Stroke can be caused either by a clot obstructing the flow of blood to the brain (ischemic stroke) or by a blood vessel rupturing and preventing blood flow to the brain (hemorrhagic stroke).
CERENOVUS is committed to changing the trajectory of stroke by providing physicians with innovative technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in neurovascular intervention.
CERENOVUS offers a broad portfolio of devices used in the endovascular treatment of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop go-to-market product strategy including synthesis of segmentation, targeting and positioning and create marketing assets to drive commercial success Develop metrics to analyze product performance and measure commercial success Collaborate with China marketing partners to communicate product launch strategy and execute cross functional launch-preparation meetings Build collaboration with cross-functional partners including regulatory, clinical affairs, professional and commercial education, supply chain and sales team to ensure seamless product commercial readiness Develop key strategic relationship with Chinese Key Opinion Leaders to.
o Coordinate targeted VOC sessions o Develop podium strategy o Develop product category specific advisory board Deepen understanding of China market dynamics with particular focus on Volume Based Procurement and other regionally specific initiatives Provide long-term (5yr) product forecasts for China portfolio Ensure consistent branding and messaging with deployment of sales assets, external assets including social media campaigns, Congress messaging and booth presence Identify appropriate sources of market intelligence and apply analytics to inform market models and make clear, data-based decisions Qualifications Education.
· Bachelor’s degree required Experience and Skills.
Required.
Five years of total marketing or related experience Minimum three years marketing experience in an FDA regulated environment Demonstrated proficiency in constructing global market models to estimate project value and select optimal projects amongst alternatives Competent in financial metrics including NPV, Gross Profit, P&L statements and basic accounting Ability to lead qualitative and quantitative market research to identify market segments, product value drivers and uncover strategic opportunities Demonstrated proficiency in creating value propositions, using innovative marketing approaches in alignment with traditional tactics, and deploying metrics to identify business impact Leverages a deep understanding of stakeholder input, market preferences by segment, and the decision-making process to identify unmet needs and market trends Track record of success in utilizing stakeholder insights to influence internal and external stakeholders to overcome resistance, create opportunities and drive results Ability to effectively communicate with customers (physicians) and internal stakeholders with demonstrated presentation skills Cycle of success in driving execution by leveraging and integrating cross-functional support for launch, post-launch dashboards and measurement tools to deliver commercial product introductions Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) Strongly Preferred.
MBA or equivalent preferred Neurovascular experience, particularly with implantable devices Other.
Position requires 20% domestic and international travel The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
