Position Summary This position will be responsible for empowering and enabling ~200 Global Services Finance I2C employees and within our network of capability centers largely located in the Philippines, China, India & Japan to serve the most important priorities of the business, to deliver operational excellence though game changing innovations and by being a trusted partner across multiple functions in the business units, harnessing the capabilities within Invoice to Cash, Finance and Global Services as a whole (Finance, Human Resources, Data & Analytics, etc).
This role will drive value generation across multiple categories and multiple geographies from Collection & dispute management activities, cash application and credit management - founded on a delightful internal and external customer experience.
The Service Delivery Leader will also be representing GSF I2C as part of the Manila Site Leadership Team and the Asia Pacific GS Finance Leaders among others.
Roles & Responsibilities Strategy development & alignment.
Defining and driving a vision for transforming internal and external partner experience, working with J&J business sectors and functions, and Global Process Owners and other Service Delivery Leaders to define and shape service offerings to meet current and emerging business needs.
This may include, (but not limited to.
a) seeking external benchmarks and trends, collecting end- user input and understanding functional direction to set strategies; b) seeking alignment and sponsorship from the Finance function and global services for the strategy; c) determining the portfolio of projects to deliver on the strategy; and d) deploying objectives, goals, strategies and measures of success.
Deliver operational excellence.
As a foundation, the role will deliver on goals related to effectiveness, efficiency and user experience measured through leading and lagging indicators such as DSO, Accounts receivable aging, timely collections and applications of cash, reduction of past dues & dispute resolution, end-to-end cycle times, delivery of financial budgets/targets and other operational metrics as may be defined, all in a complaint manner.
Developing and driving a services roadmap to ensure continuous improvement of service quality and cost to serve.
Drive innovation.
Create, encourage, adopt and deliver a portfolio of new innovative solutions/transformations and incubate new ideas in process, technology and organization design underscored by compliance to all internal control guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Business engagement & partnering.
Foster and strengthen connections with the business, such as MedTech and Innovative Medicine Commercial Leaders, Business Unit Finance, Finance leaders and Commercial & deliver/supply chain organizations, other GS Leaders and GS Finance functions through a consistent governance model to identify the most important priorities of the business, define and influence priorities and strategies in driving DSO, Accounts Receivable and cash flow objectives along with partnering to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications Functional domain knowledge.
Understanding and/or experience in Finance or other service delivery functions within a multi- workstream, cross-regional and cross-functional shared services or commercial organizations Required Minimum Education.
Bachelor's Degree Required Years of Related Experience.
15+ years of Finance, Finance or other relevant experience.
Prior experience of leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders internally and externally in a service delivery environment.
