The Specialist, Mitek Sales Support will support sales growth initiatives along with the efficient management of company assets.
This includes providing analytics that drive actions and developing solutions that help our sales teams operate efficiently.
This role will build effective working relationships across sales leaders.
In addition, this role will look for opportunities to leverage the value of different perspectives, backgrounds, education, and experience to generate outstanding innovation and business results.
Key Responsibilities.
Identify analytical needs of US sales organization and provide valuable, impactful insights.
Encourage field teams to manage risks while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Partner with area sales leadership to maintain the accurate oversite and accuracy of our company's inventory assets.
Reinforce best in class practices across the area's sales teams.
Complete NPI deployments, trade-outs, and rationalizations with FSO.
Apply strong analytical skills that facilitate data driven decisions.
Qualifications Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
Creative problem-solving skills are required.
In-depth knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and Alteryx strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers is required.
Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time is required.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
