Successful co-ops with Teck are given first consideration for professional positions upon graduation   Requirements Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Indigenous Studies or Business Administration Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and experience with HR programs/software would be an asset   Responsibilities Participation in the health and safety programs of Teck to ensure that everyone on site goes home safe and healthy every day Management of the Impact Management and Benefits Agreement (IMBA) workplan to support the activities of established working groups Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on Indigenous agreement performance/activities Support the execution of annual and special IMBA reviews and assistance in coordinating annual joint working sessions Data management and maintenance of social tracking and reporting system (TrackLine) Event planning and preparation support Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business   All students will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing prior to commencing work.
Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.
