Your responsibilities Prepare and deliver Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual people metrices to the supported business function.
Support in delivering customized reports for special projects related to the supported business function.
Prepare for possible changes in the organization that impact reporting and mitigate with contingency planning.
Support in planning and reporting on seasonal activities like Annual salary review, Performance evaluation etc… Support in planning for organizational designing and development by providing clear and concise data for decision making.
Ensure Ad-hoc reporting requests from business are delivered with high level of service.
Identify opportunities for more effective use of HR Information System.
What you bring BA/BS At leaste 5 years of experience in HR Strong understanding of all the subprocesses in HR 3 years of experience building HR reports in a global organization Ability to translate data into coherent presentations enabling sound decision making.
Experience with reporting automation tools.
Strong experience in using the Workday reporting module (Desirable) Experience in creating reporting frameworks using MS Office applications and Power BI.
Skills in automating the reporting framework.
Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent documentation skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structure Sound stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to learn new change methodology and tools.
