The Lifecycle Management (LCM) End-to-End (E2E) Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the LCM initiatives and portfolio management as well as leading Value Stream related activities.
The LCM Sr.
Manager will work closely with other functions within Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality and regulatory across the organization to develop strategies to achieve business objectives, and provide governance through effective prioritization and allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
The LCM Sr.
Manager will be responsible for execution of programs and projects to fulfill business objectives and to ensure robust and reliable supply of products to our customers.
The LCM Sr.
Manager will facilitate transfer of products from NPI to LCM and will lead and support operations efforts and strategies that best support our customers.
Key Role Responsibilities · Establish, govern and implement strategies, programs and project to support on-time quality supply of BWI products.
· Responsible to ensure seamless launch of products into secondary markets.
· Responsible to lead all aspects of execution of operations project plan through close collaboration to other functions across the organization · Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines The LCM Sr.
Manager will.
o Lead Product E2E processes.
o Developing the E2E (End to End) product’s supply chain strategy in alignment with the Commercial strategy o Ensuring optimization of the E2E supply chain performance o Prioritizing strategic projects and managing approval of these projects within the LCM governance process o Assessing, identifying, and managing complexity reduction opportunities o Ensuring effective connectivity to regional and functional sub-teams, to R&D, and to Commercial partners o Providing and communicating plans to achieve specific strategic objectives prioritized by the Product Strategy o Ensuring that the overall supply chain network is optimized for the future Value Chain segments and customer needs o Ensuring that partners are aware and aligned with product strategy, current product performance, and strategic project status o Management of product/production issues which threaten supply continuity and customer satisfaction o Lead Supply Chain Engineering activities as they relate to commercialized products to support on-time quality supply o Lead and manage projects to support business objectives o Manages day to day program activities as they relate to specific BWI products, overall projects resourcing and projects budget spending.
Manage cross-functional project teams across supply chain to ensure execution o Develop new processes and procedures to support new introductions and new strategies aligned to SC objectives o Development project business cases and appropriate prioritization of activities and projects for the product lifecycle o Develop and roll out processes related to integrating supply chain concepts to the overall product lifecycle process o Build close working relationships across different function to promote SC strategies and objective goals both internally as well as with external suppliers Qualifications · A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
MS/MBA is preferred.
Required Skills · A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required · Relevant experience in Supply Chain related role is required.
· Experience in leading teams (both direct and indirect) is required.
· Creative & decisive problem-solving skills, customer focus (internal & external), ability to adapt to meet rapidly changing priorities, and sound reasoning skills are required.
· A demonstrated ability to work in team environment with focus on internal and external relationship development is required.
· Good communication skills with ability to present complex information is required · Able to prioritize requests, and propose effective alternatives when necessary is required · Knowledge in common project management tools and processes and able to demonstrate these in broad range of business settings is required · Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Skills · Experience in regulated industries is required.
Medical Device or Healthcare industry is preferred.
