SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST IMPO CH ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING

Innovative Medicine Principal Operations (IMPO) belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
IMPO is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore, and Switzerland.
Within IMPO, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the IM business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for Senior Financial Analyst to join the Accounting & Reporting team in IMPO organization in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities.
Ensure the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and local requirements Define and coordinate accounting treatments for complex and/or exceptional transactions by collaborating with business partners and corporate controllership Perform Balance Sheet BVA SOX control by analyzing variances versus prior period and forecast cycle Prepare Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow forecast, perform analysis with business insights and present to Leadership team Champion operational improvements by optimizing workflows, supporting automation and identifying ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency Support audit requests in collaboration with Compliance team Lead and develop one direct report Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years of relevant business experience in a complex global environment Strong functional knowledge in Accounting and Finance (US GAAP, Compliance) Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English Excellent analytical capabilities and communication skills, with ability to influence business partners at all levels Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid, dynamic team environment Self-motivated, keen to grow and develop Experience with SAP and digital tools (e.
