SENIOR FIELD ADMINISTRATOR

April   Teck Alaska Incorporated, Red Dog Operations, one of the world's largest producers of zinc concentrate, is recruiting for a Senior Field Administrator x2.
Rotation schedule will be 2 weeks on-site with 2 weeks off-site   Reporting to the Project Manager    Responsibilities.
•    Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures •    Site Travel Coordination of Project personnel, inclusive of contractors, with RDO, billeting and travel •    Support field systems such as GPS updates and file loading •    Tracking and reporting of site assets for the project  •    Support for the Health & Safety team with administrative processes and tracking •    Calendar and site team, inclusive of contractors, scheduling management •    Filing of site reports, photos and other documentation •    Coordination of site transportation of project personnel & contractors with RDO  •    Driving pick-up truck for project needs, including transportation of personnel & contractors •    Support community observers  •    Implementation of PDG Administration standards  •    Formatting documents in line with Teck branding and PDG standards •    Strong integration with Project Administration Lead •    Other duties as assigned   Qualifications.
•    High school diploma or equivalent •    Minimum of 5 years of work experience •    Valid driver’s license  •    Post-secondary education preferred •    Work experience specifically with Alaska Native communities and/or organizations or in a natural resources industry in Alaska is an asset  •    Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills •    Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint, power apps and extended Microsoft platforms is an asset •    USA Citizen or ability to work in the USA required Leadership Competencies.
