With a UK footprint of warehouses, this role will be a hybrid position with travel expected to their flagship site in the Midlands.
Job Description Develop and implement new business strategies.
Hunter mentality in identifying and winning new business.
Work closely with other department heads to ensure the effective operation of the business.
Drive growth and profitability within the warehousing business unit.
Analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Oversee all aspects of contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Lead should have.
A strong background in the Contract Logistics sector, with a strong bias to warehousing solutions.
Proven experience of winning and onboarding new business.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A comprehensive understanding of market trends and business strategies.
High levels of motivation and a drive for success.
