The main responsibility of this position is to carry out daily tasks and deliverables for designated business partners within J&J Innovative Medicine.
The aim is to assist the field sales team in accomplishing their strategy and goals.
The role involves working together with internal business partners and stakeholders to identify needs, regulations, and exchange best practices.
Additionally, the incumbent will also be responsible for completing any assigned special projects.
We are looking for a person who partners with peers across the business to drive adoption of new solutions to fix real world problems and deliver value to the business.
Act as liaison between our field and marketing teams, Quality and Compliance organizations to provide support of our services.
You will effectively engage, challenge, and inspire others, while identifying strengths and areas of opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities.
· Perform Sample Activity Investigations, Random & For-cause Signature Audits, and third party audits.
· Disciplinary/corrective action communications, Sample Compliance warnings; compliance, tracking & trending field activities.
· FDA & State Reporting monitoring of Significant Loss, Falsification, Theft/Loss, Convictions and Diversion.
· Program oversight of Field rep inventory tracking, such as short-dated, expired lot, storage unit inspections.
· Responsible for reconciliation process; oversight of vendor administration of program including tracking completion and deadlines, Rep Roster updates, Closeout Process and New hire training.
· Track regular cadenced metrics, develop analytics and associated insights for areas of opportunity.
· Engage with the Commercial Quality Team and business partners to document and oversee investigations into program deviations, planned deviations and associated requirements using Quality Event Management systems and associated requirements.
· Monitor and work with supply chain for inventory forecasts, replenishments, and allocations.
· Primary contact for LMS (Learning Management System) annual PDMA Trainings, New Hire Training field & internal (Hand carry & Direct-to-Practitioner Programs), State specific training; SOP Training, development of Training Manuals, Field communications · Completes additional responsibilities as required by the business and assigned by leadership.
· 5 - 10 % Domestic travel that may include weekends Qualifications Required.
· BA/BS Degree · At least 3 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry · Collaboration and communication required with all levels of field and internal management to understand business needs and strategically deploy solutions to align to business priorities · Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred.
· Knowledge of PDMA, FDA Reporting, ACA Reporting Guidelines, State Jurisdictional Requirements, Hospital credentialing process · Project management experience · Ability to establish a culture passionate about speed, accountability, and continuous improvement while building employee-centric repeatable, and sustainable processes The base pay range for this position is $.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
