This role is eligible to participate in J&J Flex hybrid model of working both in the office and remotely each week.

We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent individual with superb communication skills to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting and communicating data regarding our organization's workforce to partners to help drive strategic talent decisions.
Responsibilities.
Enable Executive-Level Leaders to understand progress against their talent strategies by preparing, delivering and providing analytical support of Talent Status Reports Support evidence-based decision making in our Innovative Medicine Sector by analyzing and interpreting people-related data, including employee demographics, engagement, performance, turnover, and other relevant metrics Support talent strategy by providing ongoing support and consultation for the Vice President Status Reports including communications, technical enhancements, process improvements, resources documentation and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continued evolution of our data visualization platform (Visier) by implementing improvements, integrating datasets and resolving issues Deliver data insights to senior HR leaders, talent directors, Business Unit HR and succession management by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations Partner with the Office of Diversity Equity & Inclusion in the completion of external annual surveys and other analytical support requirements Identify and communicate insights to our talent management organization by identifying trends and patterns Stay up-to-date with industry standard methodologies, emerging trends, and new technologies in people analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the analytics function Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field Experience and Skills 3+ years of experience working with large complex datasets Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis applying spreadsheet tools (such as Excel) Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI or Visier) Solid understanding of HR concepts and processes Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to analyze sophisticated data sets Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical partners Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects Attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy and integrity Prior experience with HR data and reporting preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
