Develop and communicate cross-functional solutions, processes, standards, and methodologies used in the Intelligent Automation (IA) Cross Functional and Bold Moves domain.
Support internal Supply Chain high performance big data platform which integrates data from disparate ERP systems to provide sales data provisioning and finance reporting data services to downstream applications.
Maintain, monitor, and communicate the IA Cross Functional roadmap, governance model with specific focus on technology life cycle management.
Support all business processes areas in alignment with the overall IT and business strategy.
Continually monitor emerging IT trends and incorporate proof of concepts and innovation programs within strategic roadmaps.
Work with Technology Services Functions to understand the capabilities required, including requirement gathering, estimating resources, project prioritization, and collaborating with IT delivery teams for project execution.
Engage with product vendors to shape their products in alignment with strategic requirements for J&J businesses.
Collaborate with other IT Shared Services organizations to ensure priorities and deliverables are fulfilled on-time, on-budget, and deliver promised business value.
Create and/or approve change control for software changes.
Responsible for integrated build solution utilizing the Enterprise Data Grid framework built on Gemfire distributed caching product and ADF foundational frameworks, aligned with best practices and solution design established by architects and tech design leaders.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team to identify and optimize existing processes.
Develop high quality and compliant code that meets code and architecture review standards.
Serve as key contributor in SDLC for development of complex distributed non-SQL data retrieval solutions for ADF and EDG architecture, framework, and tools.
