Senior Analyst, End-to-End Planning in Zuchwil (Permanent) Job summary Contributes to the end-to-end planning department as a seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision.
Helps establish and implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall supply chain strategy.
Applies advanced knowledge of the end-to-end planning field to establish best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
Job Description · Assists in the management of supply chain optimization processes, supply chain synchronization processes, and recovery planning efforts.
· Conducts complex assessment of the multi-echelon impact of supply disruptions and recommends prioritized actions to resolve and balance all relevant trade-offs.
· Owns New Product Introduction (NPI) forecasting & planning milestones, assesses and mitigates planning risks due to project scope & timeline changes · Supports and integrates IBP Process within E2E decision making to provide transparency of risks and opportunities.
· Facilitates coordination with global and regional supply chain functions to prevent backlog and excess inventory by using exception-based and scenario-based methodologies Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the end-to-end planning area.
Integrate changes while ensuring service is not affected.
· Helps establish and implement best practices in E2E planning.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
· Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications · A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
An advanced degree is helpful · A minimum of eight 6-8 years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required · Experience in the Health Care Industry or related Industries is strongly preferred · Proven end-to-end supply chain principles.
Proven process experience in demand & supply, inventory management, scenario analysis, S&OP/IBP process · Experience working across organizational boundaries in a global environment is required · ERP (SAP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APS/APO/OMP) in depth knowledge required · Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in a sophisticated environment · High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint) · Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels · Ability to take initiatives, work independently in a structured and determined way · APICS certification is preferred · Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management an asset For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
