The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Reporting – Field Reporting – Oncology role supports field reporting tools (Whiz.
I); serves as a liaison and partner with home office and field partners to gather reporting requirements for our field reporting platforms.
This role collaborates with the Product Manager of Field Reporting and our IT Business Technology team to develop and implement these requests, perform User Acceptance Testing and validation.
The Senior Analyst facilitates ad-hoc system trainings and fields questions relating to reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities.
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert resource in field reporting for the business unit, interacting with all levels within the organization.
Serves as primary liaison with home office and field partners to understand business needs and translates to home office team.
Provides ongoing updates and visibility regarding availability of field-based sales performance reports.
Provides insights aligned to field report design and efficiency providing appropriate recommendations for improvements.
Partners closely with internal IT and multiple suppliers supporting Commercial Operations & Reporting field reporting functions, updates, improvements, and corrections.
Investigates reported issues in collaboration with internal team members and suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
Serves as point of contact for external suppliers in support of field reporting efforts and outputs.
Guides partners to ensure awareness of timelines and expectations while working toward published SLAs.
Delivers accurate and timely reports to the field by establishing and following efficient processes, identifying issues, and working with business partners toward resolution.
Monitors and validates data flow and report processing from IT and from IT to vendors, creating and updating files as needed.
Collaborates with Commercial Operations & Reporting, IT, and vendors to understand, address and present solutions to issues following a detailed and systematic process to identify root causes and sharing outcomes.
Methodically tracks and trends investigations to uncover and address themes.
Collaborates with Associate Director, Commercial Operations & Reporting to develop and optimize the use of tools and training programs for field reporting.
Responsible for development of content and facilitating training for sales New Hire/Management Development classes as it relates to Field Reporting.
Develops and maintains SharePoint one-stop portal to advise sales team of resource guides, training materials and release calendar.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with vendors.
Responsible for collaborating with peers across business units to share ideas, improve productivity, efficiency and simplify processes.
Continuously seeks ways to increase Commercial Operations & Reporting efficiency.
Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience and Skills.
Required.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
Experience with syndicated data sources is required.
Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Strong analytical skills are required.
Preferred.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
SQL, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
om (Veeva) experience preferred.
Previous experience with sales force call plan/alignment processes and field reporting platforms is preferred.
