As a Security Sales Specialist, you will build and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
You will work with customers to deliver business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases.
You will lead day-to-day relationships with external customer stakeholders, lead with empathy while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.
Additionally, you will partner with internal Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Sales teams to grow their security businesses and drive overall value for GCP.

Construct and execute an effective territory development plan, promoting security products to new and existing security customers.
Develop and drive pipelines, and manage cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the account.
Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Customer Success, Channels and Product, and Engineering teams to represent the customer and provide excellent prospect and customer experience.
Represent Google Cloud Security in regional forecasts, team meetings and serve as stakeholder to regional Cloud leads reporting current, accurate, timely forecasting, and business performance in Salesforce and other tools.
Minimum qualifications.
10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
Experience in product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity industry, including security operations (e.
., SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.).
Experience with customers and partners in the enterprise cybersecurity field.
Experience in meeting and exceeding business goals.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications.
Experience in industry verticals.
Experience starting a territory from scratch and understanding the security partner ecosystem.
Knowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and Cloud.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize business activity.
Ability to build continuous relationships, promote to C-level executives across security and IT business units, ensure customer success and adoption, and lead to customer expansion.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
