SECURITY PRODUCT LEAD MANAGER - S/4 HANA

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Supply Chain is recruiting for S/4 HANA Security Manager located in Raritan, NJ.
The Digital Platform Transformation Program is a critical component of the TranSCend MedTech strategy to become a digital first company.
MedTech is investing TranSCend MedTech to transform our core ERP landscape through the implementation of a single global instance of SAP’s S4 Hana platform.
This will unlock TranSCend MedTech value and establish a best of breed foundation for our S4 Digital Core.
This role will be accountable for the delivery of security design and solutions for the S/4 HANA.
This role will deliver the overall S/4 HANA security design and setup for Security by ensuring progress to the plan, by reporting progress status and metrics to Management and by driving issue resolution.
This role is also responsible for assessing functional requirements, guide the group as per Application Security guidelines and Compliance standard methodologies, and ensure transparent security design.
Eco Technology of S/4 solution includes Ariba, Cloud Security, configuration, and custom code.
This position will also partner with other regional development managers, functional managers, technical architects, and consultants to assess new project initiatives, provide cost estimates & design and apply procedures and standards according to organizational alignment and the product group’s demand, select the right mix of resources for project assignment (ramp up/down), establish procedures and governance, follow best practices in application development and finally manage execution within the Agile execution framework.
This role will also have management leading Enterprise Application security for MedTech TranScend, strong collaboration with business teams to proactively ensure security strategy and framework established globally.
Major Duties & Responsibilities Security solutioning and delivery and program oversight The product leader will be the single point of contact for application Security for a major SC ERP transformational program of TranScend MT.
This role will be one of key member of the Application Security COE or group, responsible to implement the Security guidelines that are established by Global Security Leader, best practices, tools, and processes to the program while delivering to the functional requirements.
The successful candidate will work with the members of various teams including Application Security, ERP technology, Supply Chain Integration, Quality & Compliance, Information Security, and system integrator teams to deliver high quality solutions at optimal cost.
Assess functional requirements and provide recommendations per Application Security guidelines and Compliance standard methodologies.
Translate functional specifications into a technical design for Data level Security.
Enabling the Security Standards and Strategy globally across TranSCend MedTech functions.
Responsible for TranSCend MedTech S4 Security Support in accordance with Global Security Strategy and Administration defined by Global Security leader.
This person will be directly reporting under Global ERP Tech Competency Security leader in North America Defining Strategy around User administration with Active Directory or Identity Access Management.
Solid working experience and implementation experience of Data level security, S/4 HANA Security, encryption, and ability to craft data level security concerns and to work with technical team to ensure such concerns are addressed.
Detailed hands on or work experience with Enterprise S/4 HANA Security, BW/4 HANA Security, Ariba, Cloud Security and Data level encryption solutions Identify Risks and compliance issues by running segregation of duties checks and help to define Enterprise ruleset for JNJ Experience with Security Weaver – Separation Enforcer and Emergency Repair.
Develop and implement Application Data Security policies and procedures.
Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills Ability to supervise managers and lead the progress of tasks.
Good Decision-making and communication skills Ensure security delivery execution is in alignment with JNJ policies & procedures with regards to documentation, testing guidelines, release management strategy and regulatory and business requirements.
Work with developers in both an onsite and offshore environment.
Align with the Support Lead to drive issue resolution and proper partner concern.
Teamwork Work across multiple BT, Architecture, PL and TS groups to define and deliver innovation solutions.
Closely align with BT counterparts to ensure delivery of Security solution is progressing to the plan.
Strong Knowledge and working experience in S4/HANA IT product and ability to drive business value.
Accountable for cross-stable team communication Single point of contact for ISRM, vendors, and enterprise platform owners Understands core internal IT security solutions and process and ability to drive business value from security perspective.
Process Improvement Challenge the status quo and identify areas for opportunities within existing processes and solutions.
Introduce delivery automation processes (testing, release, development control, …) Actively participate in the Continuous Process Improvement initiatives by striving to look for possible efficiencies, scalability and/or cost reduction opportunities Apply Enterprise Data Level Security and Reporting security for new technology solutions & work with Product Owners to ensure the development of a product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
· Work across multiple business technology and product line groups to define and deliver global security solutions.

Management by influence Manage multi-functional teams to drive them to a solution that addresses the business and technology needs.
High level of flexibility to ensure responsibility for the shape and design of security solution.
Lead team of Security Analysts / Leads Communicate within the technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences.
Driving (Scaled) Agile security delivery, working in partnership with the Product Owner, Product Analysts and Solution / Data Engineer roles to manage risk in the backlog.

Work with limited supervision and exhibit a solid sense of urgency.

Facilitates internal and external audits as requested Qualifications Required.
· Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science.
· At least 4 years of S/4 HANA Application Security experience.
Strong knowledge and 3 years of experience in Cloud Security and architecture skills · At least 8 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
· At least 3 years of S/4 HANA Security design skills.
Strong knowledge and 3 years of experience in Reporting B4 HANA Security skills.
Current knowledge of industry and security solution trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing security design.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies.
Agile methodology Knowledge of security in Data Security, Success Factors and SAP authorization background.
Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and relationship management expertise.
Ability to work in a results and performance driven environment where you will be challenged to deliver quality results within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Experience working in a Global Support Structure.
Preferred Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies.
Knowledge of security in Data Security, Success Factors and SAP authorization background is required.
Ability to work in a results and performance driven environment where you will be challenged to deliver quality results within the agreed timeframe and budget is required.
Experience with global/regional SAP rollouts is preferred.
Experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects is preferred.
Knowledge of security set up in SAP, and testing experience with HP ALM is a plus Agile experience, PMP, HPQC, ITILv3 Certifications or CPA certification are a plus.
Demonstrated process and systems design skills are preferred.
Must have experience working in a Global Support Structure.
