RELIABILITY MAINTENANCE

Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Management Specialist with a focus on Reliability Engineering to join our team. If you are passionate about developing detailed and actionable PM plans, formulating Maintenance Management Strategies aligned with organizational goals, and utilizing CMMS and OEE systems in the field of industrial maintenance, we want to hear from you.

Key Objectives:
Develop detailed and actionable PM plan instructions.
Formulate a Maintenance Management Strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
Utilize CMMS and OEE system capabilities to configure maintenance reports for tracking downtime, backlog management, and cost management.

Scope of Work:
Review current PM plans for comprehensiveness and detail.
Compilation and review of existing PM plans.
Development of detailed PM task plans.
Formulation of a Maintenance Management Strategy.
Integration of the new PM plans and strategy into the existing workflow.
Development of templates for KPI reports and dashboard.

Key Deliverables:
Developing Maintenance Plans: Enrich existing plans with detailed instructions, ensuring less dependence on individual skills.
Implementing Reports: Custom reports will be developed to track Total Downtime, manage backlog, and monitor costs, providing insights into maintenance performance.
Maintenance Management Strategy: Develop a short-term (1 year) and long-term (3 years) Maintenance Management Strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements:
Engineering, with a focus on Reliability Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role within industrial maintenance.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Specialization in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and strategy formulation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
