REGIONAL HEAD OF OPERATION, ASIA (NON-PROFIT, BASED IN KOREA)

About Our Client Our client is a global non-profit organisation with increasing influence globally on specific subject matters in areas of environmental and social issues.
Job Description As the global growing organisation as the key advocacy and think-tank, you will join as Regional Head of Operation as a newly created position - being based in Korea.
Working in a matrix structure partnering with other core global supporting function ranging from HR, Finance, Health & Safety, IT, Legal and facilities management etc, you will be acting as a backbone and focal point to ensure that the back office function can be run in a good shape.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate needs to be a hands-on \"regional COO\" type of individual who can get hands dirty but at the same time be able to be part of the leadership team to help drive business growth by ensuring the supporting infrastructure is all in place.
Prior experience working in Asia is a must while you should be comfortable forming and building policies and system to \"institutionalize\" the business.
Strong understanding and passion about non-profit ecosystem will be appreciated.
