About Our Client Our client is a well-known multinational service provider company (listed company).
Job Description Responsible for P&L, increasing its revenue, growing Region company's business, finding new business opportunities, and increasing the company's brand; Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans; Maximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration; Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity; Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans; Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary; Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives; Plan, develop, implement the goals of Region; Improve profitability by identifying and capitalizing the new opportunities (production, sales); Manage the daily of Production, Services Centers, Maintenance and small sales team, as well as performance management; Manage high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction; Identify new opportunities to increase region performance; Interacts with key customers.
The Successful Applicant Degree in Management, Operations Management, or similar areas; 10+ years's operations/Industrial Units/sales experience, client relationship management, business development, operations management, and team leadership; Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management; Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity; Experience in developing budgets and business plans; Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex.
SAP, ERP, CRM); Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills; Results-oriented; Must be a good communicator and have skills like listening; Strong organizational skills and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
