The Quality Systems Analyst, Training role assists in the site Training System which supports all GMP operations.
Assessing training needs, generating training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance.
Striving to continuously improve learner experiences using an array of approaches that engage learners and drive high-impact learning working with a mix of collaborative partners across functional areas.
Assisting in the ongoing site training support and governance program, and management of the electronic training system, you will actively champion and promote quality standards with respect to manufacturing and quality systems and ensure compliance with those standards.

Primary person accountable for the electronic Learning Management quality system.
Creation and update of user accounts and training assignments.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the required training for their roles.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, and routine metric reporting.
Develop and maintain training curriculum content and material.
Update and support computer-based-training, instructor-led-training, job aides and other training support materials.
Support audits, regulatory inspections and CAPAs Write clear, concise, and learner-friendly instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Participates in training communities of practice.
Gathers and shares external/internal training benchmark information, lessons learned and standard methodologies.
Identify need for additional development tools and provides recommendations to Management.
Management and oversight of Quality systems Standards and Policy documents Qualifications Education.
A minimum of an Associate's, Vocational, Technical/Trade, or equivalent degree/certificate in Business, Education, Industrial Engineering or other related technical field is required; Bachelor's or Higher degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills Required.
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience Experience in the development and management of employee training programs.
Experience in creation of adult learning content training curriculums.
Experience and Knowledge of adult instructional learning principles, methods, and best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related software.
Experience with (eLMS) electronic Learning Management systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to plan and manage time effectively.
Preferred.
Experience in Quality Assurance processes within the pharmaceutical/medical device GMP regulated industry.
Experience and track record in participating in the designing and implementation of successful training programs.
Skilled in using Audio/Visual and other presentation equipment, including Smartboards and Virtual Platforms.
Ability to facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching.
Pro-active, works independently, takes actions in the absence of specific instructions.
Other.
Available and flexible to support as assigned extended work hours to support shifts outside of regular working hours.
May perform other duties as assigned.
May require 10% domestic travel.
