The Project Manager leads End-to-End (E2E) execution and deployment of technology and digital Change Initiatives including Continuing Improvement (CI) activities that enable best-in-class MAF Scientific & Medical Information dissemination, Scientific exchange and Scientific | Medical Education activities.
You lead the advancement of platforms including iMedical, HCP Portals and iConnect Events Management and integrations that align to strategic initiatives including MAF Omnichannel, MA Data strategy, Janssen Science, Janssen Dynamic Score (JDS) and Janssen Content strategy.

Optimize and continuously improve cutting-edge business solutions and technologies (e.
., programs, tools, systems, and applications) to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across teams.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide overall responsibility for the planning and execution of projects from project initiation to completion.
Analyze business needs, bring together, document and assess business requirements from partners and define a case for a technology solution Own the end-to-end deployment of strategic initiatives including the advancement of integrations with systems (CRM, SFDC, HCP Portals) that support pivotal initiatives including Omnichannel and Medical Affairs Data strategy.
Develop and monitor continuous improvement activities, including measuring existing systems against changing business requirements to determine enhancements and process improvements.
Lead Project teams of members both within and external to Medical Affairs aligning team members to Project objectives Transform information from business partners to functional requirements and user stories that can be translated to technology partners for solution design and delivery.
Develop data models, process workflow diagrams, user interface specifications (wireframes, UX/I, URS) as needed Participate in technical design, giving insights and ideas that help translate business needs of functional partners into solution specifications Work multi-functionally and with global partners (IT, Compliance, Medical and Scientific Affairs partners) to drive projects forward and provide optimal value to the organization.
Qualifications Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Information Technology is required Experience and Skills.
Required.
5+years business and/or technology experience, including business analyst or project manager experience in a pharmaceutical, technical, financial (or other regulated) industry Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences regulated environment (GxP) QC, Clinical/Medical or Drug Safety experience Broad expertise in technology platforms and tools such as SaaS, Salesforce.
om, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Cognos), and Office365 Solid understanding of medical/clinical terminology, roles and responsibilities Strong business analysis and project management skills required, including a deep understanding of translating customer business needs into technology requirements Ability to work in a team environment Preferred.
Process Excellence/Six Sigma methodology and terminology Depth of expertise in leading CRM platform Change initiatives and Web / online digital asset deployment Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Experience interacting with all levels of an organization including leadership teams Experience influencing laterally and upward within the organization Other.
