Working as a Project Engineer, you will be part of the key team for various engineering projects in our Process Automation Business at Chile, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals.
n this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.
This position reports to Engineering Manager I Your responsibilities Configuration and programming of the control system, using 800xA tool.
Carrying out integration tests in ABB and installation in customer premises.
Assistance to commissioning and commissioning sites.
Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
Developing your management and communication skills by working with entry-level employees.
Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
Your background Bachelor\u00B4s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control and Automation or related careers.
Two years of experience working in similar positions.
Must have experience working with control systems.
Intermediate English level.
Availability to travel (Working 50% onsite and 50% out on field).
Good communications skills and good ability to work as a team.
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
