Job Description Lead and direct project teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Develop and implement strategic project plans.
Manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
Oversee risk management and project reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
Liaise with other department heads to ensure alignment of project goals.
Manage resource allocation and budgeting for all project-related activities.
The Successful Applicant A successful Project Director should have.
A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Relevant project management qualifications eg Prince 2 Proven experience in leading large-scale projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A high level of proficiency in project management software and tools.
