Summary.
The Professional Relations and Partnerships (PRP) Specialist will report directly to the Director of US Professional Relations and Partnerships and part of US Commercial Marketing team.
The scope of this PRP Specialist role is to manage and execute customer engagement events which strive to create collaborative and insightful experiences.
The PRP Specialist will work closely with the PRP team and with various internal stakeholders including marketing, R&D, professional education, clinical science, as well as key customers, to ensure meaningful and productive engagements are planned and executed to meet and exceed the expectations of all stakeholders.
· Responsible for fostering close professional relations with Electro-Physiology (EP) physicians across the country, by creating sense of value and trust with the company, as well as enhancing their positive experience during PRP events.
· At direction of PRP Manager and Director, support and collaborate with BWI internal partners including marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, and other corporate functions in company-wide professional partnership activities.
· Work closely PRP Manager & Director to lead the operational planning and execution of Voice of the Customer events and the Advisory Board program.
· Manage the maintenance and stakeholders’ utilization of the Physician Engagement Dashboard (PED), collaborate with BWI internal partners and share a quarterly PED report with BWI leaders.
· Identifies, cultivates, and maintains professional relationships with leading physicians and medical associations.
· Maintain an annual event planner and a standardized event execution checklist.
Manage the logistical execution of all PRP events, including virtual and in-person VoC, Advisory Board meetings and other events as needed.
· Coordinate physicians’ participation, communication with physicians and local teams, facilitate contracting, time records and payments.
· Develop customer-facing events in event management system (CVent) as well as track registration and report status to event leaders.
· Coordinate zoom build and technical support, provide reports from zoom and polling questions.
· Source venues for events, manage venue booking, meals, transportation, & travel with BCD.
· Support the marketing team in company events, onsite support, pre/post event planning, follow up, notetaking, and other tasks as needed.
· Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
· Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications Qualifications.
· Bachelor's Degree required.
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in event management, preferred in healthcare industry (MedTech, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical).
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in high pace working environment, as well as managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and in communicating with key customers.
· Demonstrated knowledge of event management and contracting.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
