The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute the non-physician care team (Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant/Nurse/Pharmacist) strategy for CARVYKTI®.
In this role, you would be responsible for shaping our strategy, implementing core components of our tactical plan, and managing nurse education initiatives, such as leading content development, digital, and channel improvements.
The Product Manager will work with brand & internal partners, Oncology Clinical Educators, our alliance partner, Legend Biotech, and agency partners to help support CARVYKTI® patients and their care teams.
Key Responsibilities Include.
Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
Help lead content development for OCE meetings, OCE assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
As project owner, lead promotional asset review through CAC process to gain regulatory, medical, legal and HCC approval.
Collaborate with Oncology Clinical Educator, Patient Experience Customer Solutions (PECS) and Sales Learning & Development team to ensure brand strategy and customer needs are met through account prioritization, resource utilization and ongoing field development.
Work with print production and other agencies to ensure resources to support field educational efforts.
Attend and lead key nurse/APP congresses, partnering with agencies and Legend Biotech to execute conference tactics according to strategy Lead advisory boards/steering committee, analytics & market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the field and analytics teams.
Qualifications Required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience Experience with project management Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred.
Experience in oncology, preferably in multiple myeloma Previous clinical experience as a member of a patient care team (e.
