The Product Director will support the launch preparation of TREMFYA into Gastroenterology across Crohn’s disease & Ulcerative colitis, reporting into the Group Product Director.
The focus of the Product Director’s responsibilities will focus on Professional Promotion and there may be opportunities to also cover Direct to Consumer (DTC) workstreams.
This is a critical marketing position on the Janssen Gastroenterology team to shape the strategy and develop implementation plans for this critical launch.
The Product Director will be responsible for the development of the customer-specific activation strategy and assets creation, the launch congress strategy and execution, and JET DEP as critical launch element.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead the APP (Advanced Practice Providers) strategy and assets creation, incl.
personal and non-personal promotion.
Lead the development of the integrated accounts strategy, incl.
related assets as required.
Lead the congress strategy and execution for launch and beyond, incl.
partnering with several agencies to develop the booth and related congress surround-sound assets.
Act as brand lead to develop JET DEP, in partnership with the Advanced Analytics team, as critical element for the sales team execution at launch.
Opportunity to lead DTC specific workstreams to drive patient activation at launch.
Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to launch strategy implementation, including but not limited to, medical affairs, SL&D, global, RWV&E, payer, sales, etc.
Manage AOR and agency partners, ensuring rigor in marketing excellence and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

Qualifications Education.
BS/BA undergraduate degree required, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred Experience and Skills.
Required.
A minimum of 5 years business experience, of which at least 3 years of successful and dynamic experience is required.
Marketing and/or field-based experience required.
Your ability to be creative, action and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners to be successful.
Ability to work in the Horsham PA office 3 days a week and travel up to 30% domestically.
