The Product Director for Immunology Access Marketing is accountable for the development and execution of payer and access marketing strategies for the Immunology portfolio across the Gastroenterology franchises, including upcoming launches.
The candidate will develop marketing strategies, direct marketing activities, design & gain approval of promotional materials, and plan & execute promotional programs to support interactions with payers, providers, and population health decision makers.
The goal being to establish, sustain and optimize our access positions.
This individual will work closely with multiple functions including Franchise Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Real World Value and Evidence, and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on key access strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities.
Shape the go to market strategy for the upcoming launches and ensure our strategies are informed by deep insights Lead Market Access Agency to design and deliver payer value proposition, go-to-market resources, and messaging strategy Develop local level payer and access marketing strategies that shape perceptions and beliefs in the market Partnering with internal stakeholders to train various customer facing teams on key assets Build strong alliances with all marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners such as Sales, Brand Teams, Strategic Customer Group, Sales Learning & Development, Professional Education, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Agencies and other key business partners Qualifications Education.

Sales, Marketing, Management, etc.) Must have excellent communication and project management skills, and an ability to influence without authority Ability to work the hybrid/flex schedule of 3 days a week in the Horsham, PA office and travel up to 25%.
Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to take prudent risks – appropriately pushing boundaries to drive transformative outcomes Strategic thinking, accountability, self-starter, and results orientation Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities Preferred.
