The Product Designer II responsibilities include defining product specifications and creating user centered solutions for fully functional products.
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter and willing to hit the ground running with product teams.
Qualifications What makes you a dream candidate? Proven experience with Figma for prototyping and design Participates in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to continued iteration Collaborates with product management for feature definition Facilitate workshops with product/scrum teams to develop user-centric solutions for product features Deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative agile scrum environment Practices holistic experience design Collaborate with User Researchers for more complex user testing and research Develop an understanding of product business requirements and technical limitations Understanding of the business and customer behavior Process flow and journey map creation Present prototypes to stakeholders Uses a variety of metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience Implement and contribute to the GMF design system to ensure UI and brand consistency and development Create interactive prototypes, wireframes and mockups including page layout and navigational elements Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript Up to date knowledge of current industry trends and market conditions Understanding of user research principles, website analytics, visual design principles, scrum principles, responsive design and mobile first principles Facilitate working sessions/workshops with product & scrum teams Ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces and mockups Multi-tasking, constant productivity, creativity, and the ability to deal with change Self-Motivated, and has a positive attitude, and is always looking to learn more Experience.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required 3-5 years Product Design, UX Design, or UI/Visual Design required What We Offer.
