About Our Client Our client is a leading production company focuses on plastics, rubber and Halogen-free products.
It has operations in several industries such as marine, mining, automotive and aviation.
Job Description Being responsible for all operations within the factory, managing all plant site staff; Managing production processes efficiently and safely, taking necessary measures to meet production targets; Managing quality control processes to ensuring product quality and taking corrective actions as needed; Managing factory resources (raw materials, equipment, workforce etc.) effectively and maximise efficiency; Organising budgets, controlling costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities; Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing a safety working environment for employees.
The Successful Applicant Having a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or relevant engineering discipline; Having experience in the plastics, rubber, cable, automotive (OEMs); Having experience in people management and has the potential to manage a larger team; Proficient in Oracle or similar ERP systems; Willing to work to preserve the factory culture and develop digitisation simultaneously; Creating a harmonious working environment among different seniority groups; Residing in Çerkezköy or nearby or have motivation to relocate.
