om/   The Plan Projects Analyst is responsible to manage and support BWI PLAN related projects and also accountable to support BWI Multi-variant (MV) related projects, partner with cross-functional team to ensure a smooth transition between variants.
Key Responsibilities.
Support assigned franchise business projects as Subject matter authority for assigned planning projects Support Multi variant (MV) projects and execution during Planning stage Create and use in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight Collaborate with business partners to ensure end-to-end variant flow of assigned portfolio in planning system is set up and accurately maintained for Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on manufacturing readiness, regulatory approvals and/or other business assumptions Provide Last time build analysis reporting for assigned projects for smooth transition planning and execution Maintain planning system parameters for projects such as phase in/phase out inventory management, safety stock transition, and other parameters as needed Able to review large quantities of data to identify abnormalities.
Capable of working with a high degree of accuracy and high attention to detail Support other duties and projects assigned as needed Qualifications Education.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain is preferred.
Experience and Skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and/or Project Management is required Fast learner, adapt to change and complexity High level of personal initiative and strong sense of urgency, self-confidence, and adaptable to new and constantly evolving situations and environments Strong time management skills against projects and priorities Experience in data analysis and be able to recommend appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure positive results is required Project management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making, and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment required Strong verbal and written communication skills is required Able to function autonomously and work with limited supervision Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.
., formulas, pivot tables, etc) May require up to 10% domestic travel The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ to $.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
