As the People Technology Lead, we will count on you and your team to engage, connect and collaborate with people function colleagues all over the world to ensure FLSmidth provides best in class experience for the employees & managers through the hire to retire lifecycle.
This is an opportunity to develop innovative process improvements and operational efficiencies while also constantly looking for enhancements in tools, technology and experience.
Your responsibilities Operational maintenance, Optimization and enhancement of the HRIS Platform (Workday).
Design, Develop and implement a people technology roadmap that aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Manage a team to functional leads / specialists handling various functional areas like TA, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence etc… Drive and deliver process improvements and automations through the team and by liaising with the Group Digital RPA / Application teams.
Responsible for representing and leading the People technology workstream on all projects related to M&A, Divestitures, integrations etc..
Ensure smooth delivery and operations of all the system interfaces related to people data for different downstream areas like Payroll, Expense, travel management etc… Lead and deliver successful release management and feature adoptions of all Workday functionalities.
Continuously review and enhance the usage of Workday functionalities by liaising with the Customer Success Manager Work as a Product Owner for Workday & Peakon Network with other Workday customers and bring in best practices for full use of the platform.
Manage support availability from workday, leading the WSP accelerate and improve usage.
Lead all Workday related projects encompassing different modules and features.
Build and lead the People Technology team by providing continuous feedback and coaching to drive team performance, development and engagement.
Be a change leader, ensuring strong change management and transparent communications to relevant stakeholders.
What you bring Any Graduation, preferably in technical / engineering background Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Workday AMS/Implementation program Minimum 3 years of experience as people manager and managing team from multiple geographies.
Self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving roles and responsibilities.
Innovative and Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail, problem-solving and strong organization skills.
Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative decision-making environment.
Experience in Process automation.
