People Expert- & Operational Services Lead We are a looking for an experienced and dedicated People Expert- and Operational Services Lead who will play a crucial role in setting the standards for our back-office processes worldwide related to people support.

You will be responsible for standardizing processes, identifying people needs, proposing solutions and initiatives so we are delivering a strong employee experience for our colleagues globally, and are recognized by business leaders as great people support.
Your responsibilities.
Oversee blue-collar recruiting on a global scale, ensuring compliance with procedures and meeting customer requirements.
Responsible for the timely and effective implementation of onboarding processes and training, as well as creating a training plan in collaboration with Leadership Business Partners and the Center of Excellence.
You will be responsible for identifying gaps, initiating and facilitating process improvements, developing and implementing global benefit policies, and executing projects to enhance employee experience.
Drive operational excellence worldwide by monitoring key performance indicators, service level agreements, and goals execution, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues within People & Sustainability to secure strong employee experience and a holistic approach in our way of working.

What you bring At least 10 years of experience in HR Shared Services supporting organizations with global presence Educational background within Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent Advanced English capabilities.
