People Experience Partner Lead - Site In a newly established role as People Experience Partner Lead – Site we are looking for a dedicated professional who will be responsible for leading and implementing the People experience partnering global strategy in the assigned production, manufacturing, or service site.

Key Responsibilities.
Lead and implement the People experience partnering global strategy on the assigned production, manufacturing, or service sites.
Support local managers with daily People needs.
Manage and implement key processes related to the employee lifecycle.
Validate and implement labor relations strategy aligned with business needs.
Provide advisory services to leaders and employees on various People Topics.
Implement improvements in productivity through process review and innovation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in meetings with unions and support labor relations activities.
Promote a culture of safety and self-care within the organization.
You will collaborate closely with the People & Sustainability community to ensure best in class People Experience in FLSmidth.

What you bring At least 10 years of experience within People/HR functions working with Hire to Retire processes, continuous feedback, and operational excellence.
Global Experience with effective customer-oriented services Educational background within Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent Advanced English capabilities.
Other languages are a plus.
