Deliver input to the physical and design layout of the buildings, ensuring outstanding service for the residents.
Introduce and sustain best practices and continuous improvements to ensure optimal operation and achieve the company goals.
Deliver operational improvements and propositions, with the analysis of real estate layouts and features that drive excellence in service.
Evaluating business performance by key measuring and metrics, reviewing, and analyzing operational reports, gathering feedback and information from all stakeholders involved and accessing resources to improve operating performance.
Main responsible for developing and delivering operational processes, procedures and tools to ensure operational excellence and report compliance to the company and their standards and policies.
Lead and Manage team members, being the main responsible for hiring and training them, managing their performance in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.
Manages internal and external meetings with administration teams and managers to improve procedures and key results in operational issues.
Generates key reports to the directive board ensuring profit according to investor targets.
Negotiate contracts, ensure providers, and manage teams for excellence in service and brand positioning.
Must apply and influence teams to follow and excel in company policies and procedures, to ensure brand excellence and service.
Manage current changes in technology and other areas of the business to ensure high quality and standards.
Must manage fluent written and spoken English.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer) Professional with more than 5 years of experience related to operational management of multifamily buildings in the role of Director or general manager with proven experience leading multi-site building for multifamily purposes.
Excellent management in real estate, leadership, and management of financial issues related to operational, maintenance and property management.
Civil Engineer or related careers with more than 5 years of experience in the role and with fluent level of written and spoken English.
