MICROWAVE ENGINEER (EXPERIENCE MANDATORY)

Descripción del puesto  Network Design.
Designing and planning Microwave networks, including capacity, and interference analysis, in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.
 Network Deployment.
Overseeing the installation and configuration of Microwave equipment, with network design specifications.
 Network Upgrades.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network upgrades, including software updates, hardware enhancements, and network expansion projects to meet evolving customer needs.
 Network Monitoring.
Implementing network monitoring and management tools to proactively monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and ensure smooth operation of the wireless network infrastructure.
 Technical Support.
Providing technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting network-related issues, and delivering effective solutions within agreed timelines.
 Documentation and Reporting.
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, solutions implemented, troubleshooting steps, and project progress.
Generating regular reports on network performance and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Requisitos Requirements.
 Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
 Basic knowledge in Microwave communication technologies.
 Strong learning ability and teamwork ability.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
 Certification in relevant IP network technologies or vendor-specific certifications (e.
., Huawei HCIA/HCIP) would be a plus.
