Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for Shoulder Reconstruction to be located in either Warsaw, IN, Raynham, MA, or Palm Beach Gardens, FL to support DePuy Synthes.

We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and strategic! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting commercial marketing plans, delivering customer-facing marketing programs, defining future market conditions, and engaging with customers to improve sales and profitability globally.
Responsibilities.
Achieve business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory, price, and market share on an annual basis Develop and deploy strategies, services, programs, marketing collateral, and other key initiatives including establishment of value proposition, targeting and segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management for new product launches Actualize the Shoulder Reconstruction digital roadmap for augmented reality, AI-driven surgical planning, and product additions into the TRUMATCH Shoulder ecosystem Collaborate with upstream counter-parts to build and implement marketing plans for motion analytics and critical product line extensions to better serve the needs of patients and surgeons Ensure the organization possesses a proven understanding of our products, competitors, procedures, surgical techniques, and the diverse needs of our customers Conduct market research, Key Opinion Leader and customer engagement activities to capture Voice of Customer sentiment to drive strategic and tactical decisions Work closely with business partners (R&D, Quality, Regulatory) to ensure on time and successful product launches globally while leading commercial results Deliver effective product strategy including price, promotion, training, forecasting, sales tools, and more to meet business commitments Build marketing collateral for regional marketing sales teams, patients, and surgeons Attend and support HCP customer, FSO training, and industry meeting events Qualifications A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any field is required, an advanced degree is preferred Strong communication and presentation skills are vital Experience with successful team collaboration, influencing without authority, and working optimally on multi-disciplinary teams Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information Strong financial competence and ability to transform data into meaningful insights to drive decision-making A minimum of 5 years, or 3 years with an advanced degree, total dynamic business experience in any of the following areas.
Marketing, MedTech Sales, Sales Training, MedTech Product Development R&D, or a combination thereof Position requires approximately 40% domestic and some international travel including weekends Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
