Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Technical Product Owner to support Quality, Compliance, and Labs (QCL) technology functions for their global Advanced Therapies (AT) business.
The QCL Technology team in partnership with the J&J Technology Global Supply Chain organization has responsibility for delivery of technology product portfolio that supports a variety of key QCL products and provides outstanding customer experience across multiple channels within J&J Innovative Medicines and Advanced Therapies businesses.
This role is located in Raritan, NJ.

Working within an engaging team environment, this role will be primarily responsibility for delivering, supporting, and advancing QCL and digital capabilities related to Advanced Therapies strategic, operational, and project activities and closely partnering with Supply Chain/Quality functions.
We are looking for a leader that will be responsible for E2E processes related to Quality, Compliance, and Labs, will optimize Receipt-to-Release capabilities across value-chain, as well as find opportunities for digital solutions and predictive analytics to increase efficiency, productivity, reduction of cycle time, and minimizing risk while reducing COGS for Advanced Therapies.
This role will report to the Product Group Leader for QCL AT.
Key Responsibilities.
Shape the squad vision and product roadmap and lead the squad in delivering products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact.
Shape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing requirements and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.
Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the team “builds the right thing”.
Plan resourcing for the squad (i.
., new role, change in role), AS order entry requests (internal technical services staffing requests), interview, select, and onboard members to join the squad.
Accountable for leading and measuring squad Objectives & Key Results Work closely with the product and platform team to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach.
Ensure the products, features, and work satisfies relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Drive engagement with third parties to support the delivery of squad objectives.
Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with partners.
Collaborate with other Squads within the Product / Platform enabling synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks.
Drive reporting and analytics to provide insights on squad performance and monitoring of sprint metrics and user results.
Work with Lead Engineer roles to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence.
Closely work together with Product / Platform lead to understand product strategy and squad projection needs.
Qualifications Required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in computer science, industrial engineering, business organization).
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Quality.
Proven track record collaborating with business partners to translate needs into relevant technology platforms, and solutions, while maintaining a prioritized product backlog and related release plans.
Productive experience with software testing, quality assurance (QA), and compliance requirements.

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle process (SDLC), and agile (i.

QMS, Complaints, Document Management, etc.) Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve problems, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks.
Ability to stay up to date on technology trends to identify and evaluate new technologies that can be applied to Pharmaceutical Supply Chain/Quality.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners and to lead and empower teams, set the vision, drive technology strategy and roadmap, and build positive relationships.
Ability to work with global multi-functional teams to deliver software projects on-time and within budget.
Preferred.
Experience in Advanced Therapies industries, including gene and cell therapies.
Defined and deployed Machine Learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) solutions.
Strong financial acumen including business case development, business planning, value realization, and project capital appropriation requests.
Experience with User Experience Design (UX) including leading user journey mapping, user flows, and usability testing.
Asset Management tools such ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.
Integration middleware/iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft or IBM API Connect.
DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Realtime Release IT infrastructure, including different types of systems, software, benefits, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
