Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization.
Manage the process for brand driven / cross functional projects to be completed successfully.
Manage the business review process for sustainable brand growth in future, with providing historical quantitative data and quantitative insights.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Manage the process for brand driven projects to be completed successfully with sharing data, assumption, and direction.
Work with Japan Business Unit, Assortment Planning, Channels, Brand Activation, Supply Chain, Finance teams to drive seasonal strategies and priorities and drive operational excellence while validating.
Manage selected projects or priorities.
Track compliance of Japan range and business strategies.
Build and leverage existing internal tools and reports to run analysis.
Strategic Insights development Manage business review process, Sell Out review by week, month, quarter, year with adding qualitative, quantitative insights for future planning.
Create and share business Net Sales review by month, quarter, year with adding qualitative, quantitative insights for future planning.
Create and report Forecast / Actual Order data for future planning with insights.
Act as data expert for Brand adidas teams, provide regular reporting and analysis as well as contributing to ad-hoc analyses and projects.
Provide insightful solution, which is proven by data analysis, toward brand driven / cross functional projects.

Requisite Education / Qualifications.
University (Bachelor) degree in the field of Business ideally in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent professional experience Approx.
3-5 years in sporting goods or related industry Advanced PC Skill (MS Access/ Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Power BI)
