Key Responsibilities.
This exciting role will be accountable for ongoing Maintenance in the Blackpool site.
You will become a valued and relied upon team member who supports the production department to ensure that the facility, manufacturing plant and equipment at Blackpool CMW are maintained to a reliable, safe and high standard.
At CMW, we work in a highly regulated field so the successful candidate needs to be comfortable working within change control and design control systems, as well as being computer literate.
Work is typically tracked and scheduled using an electronic CMMS system.
Key role and personality expectations are.
Ensure all systems and equipment comply with the company insurance standards and legislation.
We maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Uphold J&J Credo and our global leadership profiles.
Support a small range of opening times (Current site hours are 7am - 7pm).
As an emergency key holder, respond to call out as required.
Responsible for ensuring company adheres with all local, national, international and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
Qualifications Experience, skills & proficiencies required.
We are open to range of experience and level of understanding depending on background and abilities.
Candidates with prior maintenance experience are preferred.
Proven experience or exposure in maintenance or repair work.
Be able to work safely within live working environment.
Ability to perform basic problem solving and adhere to the Credo when making decisions.
